Brief Real Estate History: How We Got Started

Peak Seven has been involved with real estate since 1994 when we pitched and won our first community marketing/creative presentation for Transeastern Homes.

That started a long run of real estate marketing and branding and has not stopped.

We have marketed every aspect of the sales cycle (including international) from pre-construction, new inventory, rental, auctions, condo conversions, priority reservations and more while constantly monitoring the proforma based on sales and conversions.
